The machine with strong applicability adopts computer control and high automation and is easy to be operated  and adjusted. It is loading materials stably,with the automatic temperature control,automatic counting,automatic alarm, photoelectric automatic tracking. It can be completed at one time that material-Feeding,side-folding,chop,punching hole,ribbon-through belt machine,seal,side seal,cold cut,fold,continuously roll and so on.

1. load material:

    The drum is fixed on the material loading axis , the material loading axis

   can be adjusted by the handwheel shaft.The material loading system  with magnetic particle tension equipment ,can adjust tension according to what you want, and displays the tension to meet the appropriate tension.

2. fold and chop

       Fold and chop can be completed at one time and solve the problem that folding the blowing film’s one side.The width of folding can be ajusted arbitrarily.(In order to make the ribbon-through, side-sealing stable,the folding width is generally about 70mm.)  

3. punch and side-seal:

   The punching machine adoptting the cylinder with the good quality, and the die with the alloy of the good quality, is durable, stable,hard to abrase.

    The side-sealing is completed by upper two cylinders and nether two cylinders,sealing upper and nether two layers at the same time.The seal is flat,firm and no misplacement.The cylinder adopting the imported cylinder,will not be damaged because of the high temperture and can adjust the pressure expediently with the restrictor valve.

4. seal:

   The seal is completed by two copper reamers and tooth-making reamer.The seal reamers are adjusted separately.It solves the problem that it will be distorted because of the long high temperature and the both sides’seal can not be adjusted. The tooth-making reamer is fixed on the iron plate in the middle ,easily adjusted .If we want to use the cold cut reamer,it is easy to unload it.

5. cold cut

        If the customer needs make flat bag,you only have to unload the tooth-making reamer,the cold cut reamer or cold tooth-making reamer.The cold tooth-making reamer adoptting the good quality reamer,wire cutting,using the cutting principle, can easily be snapped.

   6、Side-fold and continuouslyl roll

      Side-fold is completed by two fold machines and need fold for two times.The big fold machine’s tow is controled by the host machine ‘s bag- making speed. The small’s tow is by the continuously roll machine.The big and small fold machines are easy to be adjusted and can guarantee the quanlity.
