This cartridge clip extruder was independently researched and manufactured by our company. Its moulds of different specifications can be replaced. It is composed of extruder ,mould former ,cold water constant shaper ,de-water device ,driver cartridge clip sealing device and auto swing winder ,featuring in versatile moulds and convenience in assembling and dismounting.

Main features:

1.   The moulds for this machine can extrude in 90 degrees.

2.   Its cylinder and screw rods are made of quality alloy steel, of which their surface were chrome plated, featuring in strong wearing, high temperature resistance ability and resistance ability to deforming. Its allocated with a stainless steel cold water tank that can be adjusted up and down at random.

3.   Its master and secondary motors adopted frequency governors, moments motors to rewind, which can stabilize its production of cartridge clips.
